Our production line covers 5 categories of 100 different items.We have a complete production line from basic hand tools to large power tools, including assembly, machining and testing. In addition, we have a professional R&D and design department that can make finished products according to customers’ samples and design drawings. We welcome O E M and O D M orders.

Case: Comprehensive Tool Customization for South American Client
Our South American client approached CISIVIS with a specialized order of 600 units, seeking a customized solution that would meet unique functional and branding needs for their market. Leveraging our end-to-end customization capabilities, we delivered tailored modifications designed to enhance product performance, durability, and brand visibility. Key customizations included:
Logo Customization: We applied the client’s logo across all units, ensuring their brand stands out and remains visible in the competitive market.
Motor Replacement: To improve tool performance, we upgraded the existing brushed motor to a high-performance brushless motor, maximizing tool longevity and efficiency under heavy-duty use.
Driver and Function Modification: The client requested a conversion of the original driver system to one suited for an electric drill, which we achieved seamlessly by modifying both the motor driver and control systems for optimal compatibility.
Voltage and Battery Upgrade: We replaced the 12V power system with a 16.8V configuration to support increased power demands.
